When Leonard Kalinzi – a struggling accountant is given a big promotion, it uproots his family from their slum residence to KASOZI heights an upper-class big city apartment in Uganda’s gated community. As the family strive to integrate into their new world, a chilling mystery about their apartment’s former tenant begins to unravel.

Emokor Eric is a Ugandan Director, Screenplay writer and Art Director. He was born on 25th November 1990. He is multi-lingual and is fluent in English and several local languages including Acholi, Luganda, Kumam and Ateso. He is a highly motivated person, experienced in filming, leadership and community management.
He did his O-Levels at Our Lady Consolata Senior Secondary School, Wakiso and A-levels at Martin Luther King College, Wakiso. He has a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Uganda Technical College – Elgon in Mbale. From March 2011 to November 2012, Eric undertook training with Maisha Film Lab, Gulu and attained a Certificate in filming.
He was a Film Trainer from February 2019 – March 2020 and conducted film training classes in Gulu (Dilstories production) and in Fortportal (Jabulani Arts). He is a co-founder of Gulu International Film Festival.
He has been involved in several productions in different roles. He recently directed NALWAWO which won awards for Best Indigenous Feature Film and Best Actress at the Uganda Film Festival (UFF) 2022.
Her work has an emphasis on the East African region with delving into character driven narratives that give a new perspective on viewing her homeland. She has currently built a platform with Africans of the Diaspora to unleash creativity on the African continent. Her production company website is www.ceekayfilms.com.
