Following a bloody rebel attack in his village, which cost the lives of his village costing the lives of his family and many villagers, Ono is forced to embark on a journey to forge a new destiny at the risk of his life.

Djakis Diarra is an accomplished trilingual filmmaker. He was born and raised in Côte d’Ivoire in West Africa. His career as an actor, producer, director began when he produced, directed, and starred in the popular Ivorian action film “ULTIMATUM” in 2012 then American feature film Luden Legend a great first for a director from Côte d’Ivoire. He has also just finished directing a promising feature film called “Aurore” or Dawn in English currently in postproduction.
In a difficult national context, where the film industry is not yet well structured, Orsot PROD and Babiwood Studios were created to play an essential role in the explosion of African cinema in general and Ivorian cinema in particular. Based in Côte d’Ivoire, they develop, direct, produce and distribute films and television magazines. Focusing on films whose themes have an African dimension and which emphasise the different plots of their society. The main objective of their work is to sensitise, persuade and challenge the public to show Africa in a different way.
