RECOMMENDATIONS
- Exchange your tickets for all sessions online or at the box office. Whenever you can, make online purchases a priority.
- Access to the hall will not be allowed once the session has begun, out of respect for the rest of the audience.
- Access the screenings with the ticket on your mobile phone. No need to print it out.
- The organizers cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of passes and tickets.
- For both season tickets and discounted tickets it is compulsory to present ID and Student Card.
- No changes or refunds are allowed except for cancellations or changes made by the organization.
